At Nylacas84DigitalCollectibles, we aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of our products (collectibles, second-hand, and unique items), the following policy applies:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must not be damaged or altered
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items sold as “untested”
- Items clearly described with defects
- Digital or sealed products once opened (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
